Our experience of selling and buying a house with Tiffany was amazing! She sought to understand not just the specs of the house we were looking for but the heart and feel behind what we hoped for. She was patient, thoughtful, readily available, organized, and thorough! As we prepared our house to sell on a tight schedule, Tiffany offered great insight and resources. She helped us prioritize and, in the end, find a buyer ahead of schedule. There were a number of challenging circumstances throughout our buy/sell process that were out of our and Tiffany's control. She handled complicated negotiations with great skill. She was a consistent voice of calm and reason. She handled difficulties without getting ruffled, pursued our best interest while remaining professional, and ultimately worked tirelessly to ensure that a complicated deal went through as planned.
